How does it work?
1. Sign up for services
Click on the Free Quote button, enter your zip code, and complete the signup process right on our website. If you have any questions or concerns, give our friendly staff a call or message us using our online chat tool.
2. Schedule Your 1st Cleanup
Once you sign up for services, a Swoop&Go representative will reach out to schedule your first cleanup as well as walk you through the entire process.
3. Setup Customer Portal
You will receive an email link to log into a customer portal. There you will be able to view your subscription, clean-ups, invoices, etc.
4. Attach Payment Method
All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a credit/debit card or a bank account. Once auto-pay is setup Swoop&Go will begin to generate your invoices and send you a receipts via email. These records can also be seen in the customer portal. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month, you will be removed from the service schedule.
5. Enjoy a Poop Free Yard!

Yes! Swoop&Go will clean your yard year round, even in the winter! Even with snow, most waste is scoopable.
The safety of our clients and their dogs are a top priority at Swoop&Go. To ensure the safety of all dogs, we clean and sanitize all of our equipment and shoes between each yard to prevent the spread of germs. We also take locked gate pictures after every clean up so you know your pets won’t escape! Also, all of our employees are background checked.

We do our best to scan every square foot of your yard! Sometimes, poop can be missed due to tall grass or unraked leaves. But we promise we will do our best!
No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your Sweep&Go customer portal or calling our office!
